Adult Choir auditions on September 3rd

Auditions for Sherwood Community Chamber Choir, our adult choir, will be held on September 3rd at 6pm in the Sherwood High School Choral Music Room, 300 Olney Sandy Spring Rd, Sandy Spring, MD 20860. To attend, please send us an email notifying us of your interest, your choral history/singing background, and your vocal part.

The choir rehearses weekly on Wednesday evenings in Sandy Spring, MD. The Adult Choir membership dues are $100 per calendar year for members 25+ and $50 for members under 25 years old.

About the Choir

The Sherwood Community Chamber Choir is an auditioned volunteer chorus whose goal is to enrich the community and its members through choral singing and concerts. We are currently composed of about 50 adult members, and we are based in the Olney/Sandy Spring area of Montgomery County, MD.

The choir is led by Founder & Artistic Director Bill Evans. In Fall 2024, Kenny Phillips joined the group as Assistant Music Director.
